hey sorry havent updated in awhile but we did the diluted 300 workout
brandon and matthew did them as well. To tell you the truth and only the truth....the 100/300 workout was quite intense though that is what is required for building a supper cut body. Hope is not all lost!!! Hopr will only turn to reality if we complete the 300 workout with our utmost efforts!
